How does this job fit into your future goals?

In this position, you will work independently with minimal supervision. We pay based on a bonus structure to reward proper application and respect for our equipment. In addition to your regular pay, you will receive a bonus at the end of the year, based on but not limited to the following conditions:

• You fulfill your contract with us.
• You apply our IPM services properly, and as per instruction. If we find consistencies in failures of your trees that we determine to be due to improper application we may deduct this from your bonus. If you are irresponsible/ negligent with our equipment.
